Pound for Pound Challenge

It is not to late to make a difference for yourself and for those in your community.  Go to www.pfpchallenge.com/Kroger make your pledge to lose weight.  While your there get the information and the tools you need to help you live the life you deserve.  Through June 30, 2010, for every pound you pledge to lose, the Pound for Pound Challenge will donate 14 cents to Feeding America. That is enough to deliver one pound of groceries to a local food bank.

The Kroger Family of Stores is an official supplier of the Biggest Loser and a partner in the Pound For Pound Challenge. They have teamed up with General Mills whose products have been featured on the Biggest Loser. General Mills offers great products that can help you attain your goals. My personal favorite is Yoplait's Greek Yogurt. It has 2X the protien and Zero fat. It comes in 5 great flavors- blueberry, strawberry, honey, vanilla and plain.  Another favorite of mine is Multigrain Cheerios. I love them. I eat them by themselves. I throw them in with my yogurt. They make a great snack anytime.    They have 5 whole grains with 110 calories per 1cup serving.

You can find all your favorite General Mills products at your Kroger Family of Stores.  To celebrate your pledge for the Pound For Pound Challenge, Kroger and General Mills have given me a $30 gift card to giveaway to you my readers to get you started.   To enter the giveaway go to www.pfpchallenge.com/Kroger and let me know how you will spread the word about the Pound For Pound Challenge.
